A partial human rights code is enacted – but some grounds (shockingly) are left out. And the evidentiary record is pretty thin.
Moot # 3 – Her Majetsy the Queen v. S.(K.W.)
Tough policing collides with Charter rights in a school. What wins out? Special rules apply (as noted in the decision), allowing you to argue this one as if you were before a first instance court, not an appellate court.
