In our meeting of Aug. 10, we thought it would be useful to gather the practice directions and circulars together and see what exactly we are talking about when we say "practice directions." D. Stratas' law clerk (Ben Grant) has done so. Thanks Ben! Here is a list arranged by date and here is a list arranged by subject-matter. One of these dates back to 1993 (we are trying to see if it is still in force)! These documents have hyperlinks to the practice directions and circulars that we have. Ben, Chantelle and Andrew are trying to track down the remainder. When we have them, we shall hyperlink to them. Also available, as a result of discussions in our Aug. 10 meeting, are information cards available to self-represented litigants at BC Pro Bono Law and Ontario Pro Bono Law.
